Choosing Everest is a great step towards
launching or improving your customer service and quality initiative.
However, at Lynk we know that excellent software is only part of the
solution.
From the beginning of the sales cycle Lynk Software places an emphasis on
listening to our customers. The experienced team at Lynk Software will
provide valuable feedback regarding best practices and procedures as well
as Everest configuration options.
Requirements Analysis
Requirements Analysis involves detailed discussions regarding goals and
objectives, current systems and procedures, opportunities for improvements
and desired software features. Sample configurations can be previewed
during web-based product demonstrations.
Implementation Planning
Every new customer at Lynk Software is assigned a project manager and a
launch meeting is scheduled to jump start this important project. A
detailed project time-line and specific to-do list is delivered. In
addition, technical discussions regarding installation and integration take
place during this phase.
Configuration Workshop
The Configuration Workshop, available as a web-based or on-site service,
includes system configuration and administrator training. This hands-on
Workshop is designed to quickly get your new system up and running.
Attendees include the system administrators, project managers and an IT
representative (optional).
Product Launch and End-User Training
At this stage you have an opportunity to put Everest into a context that
makes sense for those ultimately responsible for its utilization. We
recommend formally presenting this new tool and communicating the high-
level goals and objectives. |
