POSITION TITLE: Product Specialist
 

Lead implementation, configuration, and support of Everest-Customer Focused Quality software at various customer sites. Implementation process includes analyzing customer requirements and business processes, installing software; configuring the software to meet customer requirements; training system administrators and end-users; providing follow up and documentation to customers.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree (business or computer related) preferred or commensurate experience

  • Excellent analytical, logical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a customer-focused, software related position

  • Must be willing to travel frequently

POSITION TITLE: Account Manager


Responsible for working independently to manage the entire sales process, including direct sales follow up, providing technically oriented software demos, customizing software demos, generating quotes, closing sales and reaching aggressive sales targets.
This highly technical position requires the ability to understand detailed software and business concepts.  Applicant will be required to discuss technical details (systems architecture, integration, etc.), complex business processes and product information with a very high level of confidence.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree (business or computer related) preferred or commensurate experience

  • Excellent analytical, logical, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in a technical sales position
  • Some travel required
