  • An On-site Implementation Workshop includes system installation, configuration and administrator training.  Additional days may be specified for train-the-trainer or end-user training.

  • A Web-based Implementation Workshop is offered in a live online web conferencing format.  This service may also be ordered for end-user training enabling training across multiple sites simultaneously.
