Everest Complaint Management System – Integration with ERP systems
The Everest Complaint Management System is commonly integrated with ERP systems and other enterprise databases. Everest can import customer data, product data, user data and equipment data.
The most common configuration is for Everest to import the data at regular intervals (eg daily, hourly etc). It is also possible to customize Everest to do on-demand lookup of data from the ERP system. Interfaces for Great Plains, SAP, Oracle, SQL Server and text file formats are available.
ERP system integration is an optional component of the Everest Complaint Management System and is not included in the standard product.
