Our methodology is based on hundreds of successful customers and will be tailored to meet the specific needs of your organization.

Every new customer will receive a thorough requirements analysis that begins during your first conversation with the Lynk Software team. A custom project plan will be delivered soon after your initial launch meeting and will include a web-based or on-site configuration workshop. Requirements for database integration, data migration or custom features will also be addressed in the project plan. Train-the-trainer, end-user training and custom documentation can be ordered as needed. All of our professional services are quoted as a fixed price and are designed to ensure that your project is completed on time and on budget.


On-Going Support

The support team at Lynk Software enjoys continued communications with all of our customers. We are available by phone, e-mail or web to assist with configuration, reporting and end user questions. In addtion to providing day-to-day support, customer feedback is continually used to enhance our product. New Everest releases are made available to all customers with a current support status. The Everest application combined with Lynk Software services converts a great product into a great value.
