a web-based or on-site configuration workshop. Requirements for database
integration, data migration or custom features will also be addressed in the
project plan. Train-the-trainer, end-user training and custom documentation
can be ordered as needed. All of our professional services are quoted as a
fixed price and are designed to ensure that your project is completed on time and on budget.
The support team at Lynk Software enjoys continued communications with all of
our customers. We are available by phone, e-mail or web to assist with
configuration, reporting and end user questions. In addtion to providing
day-to-day support, customer feedback is continually used to enhance our
product. New Everest releases are made available to all customers with a current support status.
